Presentation Guidelines
Confirm Your Final Presentation Type
Abstract acceptance notifications will be sent by February 18 (Mon), 2026 to presenting and corresponding authors by email.
If your abstract is accepted to SIDDS 2026, it will be published in a supplement of the Korean Journal of Gastroenterology.
At the SIDDS 2026, we ask for your intensified attention in keeping your presentation time strictly within limits as to run the conference smoothly. Please take this into consideration when preparing your presentation.
1. Presentation Time
- Symposium Session: 8 min (max) + 3 min Q&A
- Plenary Session: 9 min (max) + 4 min Q&A
2. Submission of Oral Presentation File
- Please submit your presentation file via the " Submit Presentation" link below by March 27 (Sat.), 2026.
- Alternatively, you may submit your presentation file in person at the "Preview Room" no later than one hour before your session on the day of the conference.
- File Details
- File Format: MS-PPT (*.ppt or *.pptx) only, 16:9 aspect ratio
- File Name: [Abstract code_Presenter's name] (i.e. EPL-01_Gildong Hong)
- Language: English
- The attached template is not mandatory and can be used freely.
3. Registration
The presenting author must register for the meeting during the period of pre-registration. If the presenting author does not complete registering with full payment by March 12 (Thu), 2026, the abstract will be withdrawn.
4. Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify us by email, providing the title and abstract number to be withdrawn, by February 28 (Sat.), 2026 sidds2026@sidds.org.
All Poster presentations should be submitted in MS-PPT(*.ppt or *.pptx) or PDF file format by March 28, 2026, according to the guidelines.
1. Poster Exhibition Format
- Please use the attached template.
- File Format: MS-PPT (*.ppt or *.pptx) or PDF file format
- Size: 1080×1920 pixels or 78cm(W)×138cm(H), single page only
- Font: Please use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman.
- Language: English
- File Name: [Abstract code_Submitter's name] (i.e. EPL-01_Gildong Hong)
2. Submission of Poster File
- Please submit your poster file via the " Submit File" link below by March 27 (Sat.), 2026.
- If the poster file is not submitted by the deadline, the poster presentation may be canceled.
3. Registration
The presenting author must register for the meeting during the period of pre-registration. If the presenting author does not complete registering with full payment by March 12 (Thu.), 2026, the abstract will be withdrawn.
4. Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please notify us by email, providing the title and abstract number to be withdrawn, by February 28 (Sat.), 2026 at sidds2026@sidds.org.
