On behalf of the Korean Society of Gastroenterology (KSG), it is my great pleasure to warmly welcome you to the Seoul International Digestive Disease Symposium (SIDDS) 2027, which will be held on April 16-17, 2027, at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul in the vibrant city of Seoul.

SIDDS has grown into an international academic symposium dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation in digestive diseases, bringing together leading experts, researchers, and young investigators from Korea and around the world. Through the exchange of cutting-edge scientific discoveries and clinical insights, SIDDS aims to foster meaningful dialogue and contribute to the advancement of digestive healthcare.

The theme of SIDDS 2027, "Bridging Excellence, Connecting the World," reflects our commitment to connecting scientific excellence and diverse perspectives across borders and generations. We believe that meaningful advances in gastroenterology emerge through collaboration and the exchange of ideas.

In 2027, SIDDS is honored to host the Asia-Pacific Topic Conference (APTC 2027) of the Asia Pacific Association of Gastroenterology, bringing together experts and researchers from across the region for in-depth discussions focused on gastric neoplasia and pancreatic disease. This joint meeting will provide an exceptional opportunity to broaden scientific exchange, strengthen international collaboration, and build new connections within the global digestive disease community.

SIDDS 2027 will feature a comprehensive scientific program spanning fundamental research, clinical practice, and emerging technologies, with keynote lectures, scientific sessions, multidisciplinary discussions, and interactive opportunities.
